Being your locally owned and operated floor covering professional, the well-being of you, your family and that of our team is most important. We’ve been watching the news and are receiving updates regarding the Coronavirus. This situation is certainly fluid.

At West Carpets, we’re doing our part to manage the potential spread of COVID-19. We’re following the recommendations regarding safety and precautionary measures within our showroom, including proper cleaning guidelines, Face Masks & practicing Social Distancing.

At this point we are asking customers to either set up an appointment to visit the showroom so we can control the number of customers in the showroom at one time. We are also asking customers to follow the guidelines set by the CDC.
If you’d rather not visit the showroom right now, we can work with you over the phone, send photos of products or video chat (facetime) with you. Once we’ve narrowed down the choices, we will deliver samples to your home at no charge.
